Uniden Voice for Real estate

A buyer calls once. Miss it and they call the next agent.

You are at an open home, in a listing presentation, or driving between the two. Every one of those is unanswerable, and every one of them is happening while the buyer for your other listing is ringing.

The bit nobody counts

The listing appraisal you missed was worth a whole commission

Agents measure days on market and clearance rates precisely. Almost nobody measures the calls that rang out, which is where both buyers and listings are actually lost.

1Buyers work down a list. Somebody looking at four properties this weekend rings the agents in order and inspects with whoever answered.
2Vendors ring several agents in one afternoon. A listing appraisal enquiry is the highest value call you will ever receive, and it goes to whoever picked up.
3Saturday is your peak and your least answerable day. Opens, auctions and inspections all happen on the day buyers and vendors ring most.
Six things every agent says out loud

You have said at least four of these this month

These are not phone problems. They are listing and buyer problems that arrive down a phone line on a Saturday morning.

01

Open homes make you completely unreachable

You are running an inspection, greeting groups and taking names. Answering a phone would be unprofessional and you would lose the room.

The agent answers, qualifies and books the next inspection while you run this one.
02

Buyers want to inspect now, not Tuesday

The window between interest and inspection is hours, not days. A callback on Monday is a lost buyer.

Inspections booked on the call, straight into your diary.
03

Appraisal enquiries are the whole business

One vendor call is worth more than a hundred buyer calls, and it sounds identical when it rings.

Vendor enquiries flagged and routed to you immediately, however busy you are.
04

Property management and sales share a line

A tenant with a blocked drain queues in front of a buyer with a deposit.

Separate queues, so sales enquiries never sit behind maintenance.
05

Nobody captures the buyer database properly

Half your Saturday enquiries never make it into the CRM because you were driving between opens.

Every enquiry captured, qualified and logged automatically.
06

After hours is when people browse

Buyers look at listings at 9pm and ring immediately. Your office closed at five.

Enquiries answered and inspections booked at any hour.
Watch one of them get saved

8:40pm. You are at dinner. The listing appraisal is booked.

This is the call that used to ring out. Here it is being answered by a Uniden Voice AI phone agent, in an Australian accent, from what you told it about your agency.

It sounds like it is from here. Genuine Australian voices, not a call centre accent and not a robot reading a script.
It knows your listings and your area. Current stock, price guides, inspection times, auction dates and the suburbs you cover.
It books inspections and appraisals. Real times in your diary, which is what converts an enquiry.
It flags vendors immediately. Because an appraisal call is worth more than everything else that rang today.

AgentGood evening, thanks for calling Brenton Property. How can I help?
CallerI am thinking about selling my place in Ashgrove and wanted to get an idea of what it is worth.
AgentWe sell a lot in Ashgrove, so we can certainly help with that. Is it a house or a unit, and how many bedrooms?
CallerA four bedroom house, on about six hundred square metres.
AgentThat is a good size for the area. The best next step is a market appraisal at the property, which takes about half an hour and is no obligation. I have Thursday at 5pm or Saturday at 9am.
CallerSaturday morning suits. It is Ian Whitmore, 22 Kirkland Street.
AgentBooked, Ian, Saturday at 9am at 22 Kirkland Street. I have texted you the confirmation and a recent sales summary for Ashgrove so you have some context beforehand.

  • Vendor appraisal captured, the most valuable call type you receive
  • Property details qualified: type, bedrooms and land size
  • Appraisal booked into your diary at the property
  • Recent local sales summary texted, so you arrive already credible

A vendor should never queue behind a blocked drain

Publish one number. Behind it, vendor and buyer enquiries reach sales, property management has its own queue, and the AI agent catches everything a Saturday cannot.

Market peaks

The spring selling season answers nobody

Real estate call volume follows the spring selling season, when listings, opens and auctions all peak together. That is precisely when every agent in your office is out of the building.

An AI agent absorbs the whole season. Every buyer qualified and booked, every vendor enquiry flagged and escalated, and your CRM populated properly instead of from memory on Sunday night.

Your phone should know which property is calling

Uniden Voice connects to more than a thousand apps and offers open APIs, so a call arrives with the buyer, the property they enquired on and their history attached rather than just a number.

01 · ON THE RING

Screen pops before you say hello

The caller's name, their history and their open enquiry appear on the handset or in the app as it rings, so the first thing out of your mouth is their name and not "who am I speaking with".

02 · DURING THE CALL

Click to call from anywhere

Ring a buyer straight from the record in your CRM, without ever typing a number. Fewer wrong numbers, and every call logged against the right file automatically.

03 · AFTER THE CALL

Notes that write themselves

Recording, transcript, AI summary and the next action land in your CRM or your shared drive. Nobody has to remember what was promised on a Friday afternoon.

Why Uniden, and not the other twelve

An Australian platform for a business won on responsiveness

Plenty of platforms will sell you AI. Very few are Australian owned, hosted and supported, and almost none come from a brand Australians have known since 1966.

Onshore, end to end

Designed and built in Australia, hosted in Australian datacentres, and supported by Australians you can actually get on the phone. Your customer conversations do not leave the country.

An accent that lands

The AI answers in a genuine Australian voice. It matters, because a caller who thinks they have reached an offshore call centre hangs up before you get the chance to help them.

Desk, pocket and back office

The EVOC2 desk handset where you want something solid to grab, plus real Uniden apps for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. Same number, whether you are at a desk or at an open home.

One provider, one bill

Keep your numbers including 1300 and 1800, and take the NBN connection from us too. Fewer vendors to chase when something goes wrong at the worst possible moment.

Straight answers

The questions agents ask us first

Can it book inspections into my diary?

Yes, and that is what turns an enquiry into a buyer in the room. The agent can offer real times, apply your rules about travel between suburbs, and confirm by SMS while the caller is still on the phone.

It can also register the buyer for the next scheduled open home rather than a private inspection, if that is how you prefer to run stock.

Will it recognise a vendor enquiry?

That is one of the first things we configure, because a vendor call is worth an entire commission and everything else is worth less. The agent identifies an appraisal or listing enquiry and can escalate it to your mobile immediately, even when everything else is being handled without you.

You decide the rule. Most agents want vendors put straight through, whatever they are doing.

Can it keep property management out of my sales calls?

Yes, and most offices find that separation alone worth the change. Tenants, maintenance and landlords get their own queue and greeting, so a blocked drain never sits in front of a buyer with finance approved.

Maintenance requests can also be captured completely and logged, rather than scribbled down between opens.

What happens when the AI cannot help?

It hands over, and you decide where. Price negotiations, contract questions and anything about an offer can go straight through to a person, to a specific queue, or to a manager's mobile.

The caller is not asked to repeat themselves either. Whoever picks up gets the context the agent already gathered. Outside hours the agent takes the details, sends an SMS confirmation and queues the callback.

We run more than one office. Does it handle that?

That is where it earns its keep. You advertise one number and we route behind it: by office, by time of day, by queue, with overflow so a call at a flat out office rings somewhere quieter instead of ringing out.

Each office can keep its own greeting and its own direct number as well. Reporting rolls up across all of them, so you can finally compare how each one handles its phone.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Number portability is standard, including 1300 and 1800 numbers, so the number on your boards, your listings and years of portal and search results and on years of Google results stays exactly as it is.

We port it across and plan the cutover around your hours, not ours.

What happens if the internet drops?

Calls keep flowing. The mobile app keeps working over 4G and 5G, so your people can answer on their handsets while a site connection is down, and call flows can be set to divert to mobiles automatically.

You can also take your NBN service from Uniden Voice, so the connection and the phone system are one provider with one support number, instead of two companies each suggesting the problem belongs to the other.

How long does it take to get running?

A single site can be live quickly, because the apps need no hardware and the handsets arrive ready to plug in. The part worth doing properly is the call flow and the AI agent's knowledge of your business, and we build that with you rather than handing you a manual.

Number porting is the one step with an external timeline, so we usually run your new setup alongside the old line until the port completes. You never trade a day without a phone.
