Fast, unlimited nbn plans

Not unless you choose the Voice bundle special. At the standard price every nbn plan is month-to-month, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and change your plan free once each month.

If you take the Voice bundle special for 50% off your first 3 months, your bundle is on a 12 month contract.

Sign up for any nbn plan together with a Uniden Voice plan on a 12 month contract and you'll pay 50% of the nbn plan's monthly price for your first 3 months. From month 4 the standard monthly price applies for the rest of the 12 month contract. Prefer no contract? Choose any nbn plan on its own at the standard price, month-to-month.

You can still connect on nbn Home, which runs at 100/20 Mbps, or nbn Business 250/100, which runs at 100/40 Mbps. The Business 500/200 and Gigabit plans are available on FTTP only. We'll check your address and confirm before you sign up.

Yes. Number porting is free and we handle it for you. Most numbers port over without any service interruption.

Home plans use CGNAT shared IP addresses and are perfect for general use. Business plans include a static IP, business-grade SLA and priority support, important if you host servers, run a VPN, or use any service that needs a stable IP.

The typical evening download/upload speeds are listed on each plan and reflect performance during the peak 7pm to 11pm window. They're the speeds we expect you to actually see, not the theoretical maximum.

If nbn is already connected at your address, you can usually be up and running within a few business days. For new installations, nbn Co will book a technician. We'll let you know the exact timeline once we've checked your address.

Yes, you need an nbn-compatible router. We can supply one pre-configured for plug-and-play, or you can bring your own. Ask us when you sign up.

All plans are billed monthly by direct debit. We invoice ahead and pull the payment automatically on your billing date.

Absolutely. You can change your plan once each month for free, handy if your traffic changes seasonally or you're scaling up the business. If you're on the Voice bundle special, talk to us first so we can confirm how a change affects your 12 month contract.
