Before and after

Being reachable for the people who need them

Calling to ask for help is a big step. The charity needed a number people can rely on, and a team that can answer it away from the office.

BeforeNo single number to call

People asking for help should reach the charity directly, not a personal mobile.

With Uniden VoiceA dedicated number

One contact number for assistance dogs, Train Your Own and station visits.

BeforeA team that's often out

Training days, station visits and working from home keep the team away from the office.

With Uniden VoiceCalls on the app

The app puts the dedicated number on the team's phones and computers.

BeforeFollow-ups from personal numbers

A call back from an unknown mobile is easy to miss or ignore.

With Uniden VoiceCharity caller ID

Outgoing calls show the dedicated number, so people know who is calling.
