Our Name Is on the #29

If you are at Mount Panorama this week, or watching from the couch, look for a black, red and white Ute wearing the number 29 in fluro yellow. That is Jack Westbury, and the big lettering on the doors says Uniden Voice Over Cloud.

Uniden Voice Over Cloud has partnered with Jack Westbury Racing for the Tyrepower V8 SuperUtes Series round at the Bathurst 1000, held at Mount Panorama from 8 to 11 October 2026. The SuperUtes are a national support category to the Repco Supercars Championship, so Jack is racing on the same famous 6.2 kilometre mountain, on the same weekend, in front of the same crowds and the same television cameras.

Why a Phone Company Backs a Racer

Fair question. We make business phone systems, AI receptionists and business nbn. Jack drives a V8 Ute very quickly around a mountain. The connection is closer than it looks.

πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Australian, all the way

Jack is a young Australian driver building something from the ground up. We are an Australian owned, Australian hosted and Australian supported phone company, and our customers are Australian businesses doing exactly the same thing.

⚑

Speed matters

On the mountain, tenths of a second decide the result. In business, it is how fast you answer a call and how fast your connection moves files. Our nbn plans go up to 1000/400 Mbps, or up to 2000/200 Mbps on Uplift FTTH.

Reliability wins races

A fast car that does not finish wins nothing. The same goes for phones. Our job is to keep your calls answered and your connection up, with real people on 1300 881 662 when you need them.

It is also simple fun. Business owners work hard and rarely get a weekend off. If seeing a Uniden Ute fly down Conrod Straight gives a few of them something to cheer for on Sunday morning, we will call that a win before the flag drops.

The speed on the doors

The livery says "Business Phone & NBN Solutions" for a reason. Our nbn Business Gigabit plan runs up to 1000 Mbps down and 400 Mbps up, with a typical evening speed of 957/388 Mbps. See every plan, price and typical evening speed on our nbn plans page.

The Bathurst Weekend Schedule

Here is every V8 SuperUtes session for the weekend. All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), the time in Bathurst and Sydney. Session times can change, so check official event channels on the day.

Come and Meet Jack

Heading to the mountain? Jack is signing autographs at the SuperUtes Podium three times across the weekend, with Jack and Ute posters to sign:

  1. 1

Thursday 8 October, 12:30 pm to 12:50 pm

Straight after qualifying, so come and ask him how the lap went.

  2. 2

Friday 9 October, 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm

After Races 1 and 2, the longest session of the weekend.

  3. 3

Saturday 10 October, 1:00 pm to 1:20 pm

After Race 3, and your last chance before Sunday's final race.

Say g'day, grab a signed poster, and tell him the Uniden Voice team sent you.

Watch Jack Lap the Field

Can't make it to Bathurst? We built Jack a lap of his own. On our Bathurst 1000 page you can watch an animated #29 Ute race the real Mount Panorama circuit, from Hell Corner up the mountain, across Skyline, through The Dipper and Forrest's Elbow, down Conrod Straight and under the bridge at The Chase. Call Jack mid-lap and he will even pick up.

The race is a bit of fun, and we have given Jack's Ute a generous helping hand, so do not quote the lap times at the pub. Jack's real results this weekend will come the old-fashioned way: on the track.

Good Luck, Jack

From everyone at Uniden Voice Over Cloud: go hard, stay safe, and enjoy every lap of the mountain. Bathurst is the race every Australian driver dreams about, and you have earned your place on it. Whatever the results say on Sunday, we are proud to have our name on your doors.

To everyone else, we hope you will cheer for the #29 with us. Follow Jack Westbury Racing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for updates from the pit garage all weekend.

Put your business on the fast line

Business phones, an AI receptionist and nbn up to 1000/400 Mbps, from the name on Jack's doors. See our plans, or talk to a real person in Australia.
